Six local artists have been commissioned by ASC to create replacement banners for the iconic uptown public artwork “Wind Sculpture” that are representative of all City of Charlotte districts. The selected artists are: Dorne Pentes (District 1), Marcus Kiser (District 2), Monique Luck (District 3), Jonathan Grauel (District 4), Rosalia Torres Weiner (District 5), Bree Stallings (Districts 6 & 7).
