Lead with Your Talent Spring 2023

As we navigate our professional lives, we soon realize that there are certain tasks that feel like a really “good fit.”  These tasks come easily to us – we are good at these tasks and we enjoy doing them as well.  As we take notice of these tasks more and more, the process provides an invitation for us to be present, observe ourselves, make conscious choices and lead with our talents.

Lead with Your Talents© is a unique leadership development program targeting emerging leaders in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg nonprofit arts and culture community. This program, designed and facilitated by Angelina Corbet, Founder of The Mobius Company, and Bill Southerland of Anchors Consulting makes use of the Highlands Ability Battery. The program provides opportunities for participants to enhance their leadership style by increasing self-awareness and understanding of their ideal work environment, personal style, decision-making and problem-solving processes, communication and learning.

Registrants will get access to the Highland Ability Battery by May 2. They will take the assessment on their own, and then gather for two in-person trainings to review the results of the assessment and deepen their understanding of the skills its outlines.
